📘 What we're building it for
We created the Literacy Launchpad because:
- Many returning citizens read at a 4th–6th grade level
- We wanted a non‑judgmental, confidence‑building literacy system
- We needed workshop‑ready materials for outreach, youth groups, and reentry classes
